Is post from New Zealand delayed?
Please be aware that we are currently advising a 7-10 day delay in sending items as a result of COVID-19 restrictions and restricted flight capacity.
Does NZ Post deliver today?
Today our Posties deliver half the number of letters they used to. Priority items will be delivered every day, just as they are now, so keep checking your letterbox Monday to Saturday for your letters and parcels. If you need to get your standard mail every day, consider our popular PO Box service.
Do NZ Post couriers deliver on Saturdays?
Saturday – You can drop off an item for the courier at any PostShop on a Saturday….Courier – Delivery Targets.

How do I complain about a parcel not being delivered?
You should contact the seller to ask for a redelivery or a refund – you can phone, email or write a letter. You can choose not to have future deliveries left with a neighbour by completing a form on the Royal Mail website.
Why is my parcel delayed NZ Post?
There was a delay (e.g. weather or transport related) in transporting your item to its destination and it may be delayed by one or more working days. Your parcel is currently with the delivery agent (e.g. courier driver or overseas postal operator) who will deliver it.
Is mail still being delivered NZ?
Yes. NZ Post will continue to operate and deliver mail and parcels to you under the Traffic Light setting. For the most up to date information on deliveries within NZ please see our Domestic delivery updates.
How long is international post taking at the moment?
International post tracking and signature services aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days. And worldwide within 5-7 working days.
Is courier post still delivering?
No CourierPost deliveries, except by specific prior arrangement. Our National Contact Centre will be closed on the statutory holidays.
Is there post on Easter Monday?
We deliver and collect your mail on most days of the year, including Saturdays….Service update – public holidays.
