It depends on your needs. I love Notability especially for the way it syncs audio recordings with my handwritten notes. For me, OneNote is like a lot of other MS products: rich with features I don’t need, bursting with bloatware I don’t want. I stick to OneNote for syncing between iPad, iPhone, and my Windows desktop.
